No Refunds Policy

  1. General Policy: All sales made through the MaxwinPe app are final. Once a transaction is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except as specified in this policy.
  2. Refund Requests: Customers may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction date. If approved, the refund will be processed to the customer’s original payment method, and the refunded amount will be deducted from the next settlement to the Partner shop.
  3. Customer Responsibility: Customers are encouraged to carefully review their order details and ensure that all information is correct before completing a transaction.
  4. Changes to the Policy: MaxwinPe reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
